We have large mining fleets going on all the time, in officer fit mining ships with lots & lots of PLEX in the cargo hold. Come and shoot us.*
In the past, mining was often shunned in 0.0. Now it is an integral part of holding SOV; not only for the minerals, which is helpful, but for the SOV Active Defense Multiplier. All that comes to a halt when there's someone to shoot, but when hostiles aren't about your time can now be filled with other aspects of the game like mining, ratting and exploration. We usually have an active fleet up for mutual support with people hanging out on comms.
Unlike most of 0.0, Catch is where you can find some action. We're not blue with most of catch, which gives us ample opportunity for fights. Provi, Curse and Delve are also close by. Most of the time it's small gang stuff of similar size fleets so a fight actually takes place; unlike so much of 0.0 where 1 side blobs the other and you just stay docked.
It's a family friendly, social environment, the way Eve was meant to be played in my humble opinion. Check us out if you're looking for a similar environment. I've been in BLUEP for over 5 years. It's as stable and well run place as any you'll find in New Eden.

*PM sent from a trial account (Moreta) that I was unaware was even a trial at the time. Steam got me confuddled...but I figured out how to activate the "real" account with a little searching this morning. I'm starting the search early, because I suspect it'll be awhile before I find the right "home". Now I just need to finish the tutorials and quit becoming dissatisfied with a toon then wiping & starting over. |

We have ample opportunities for nearly all aspects of Eve game play:
PvP - We don't live in the big blue donut that is the north; here we shoot and get shot.
PvE - Daily mining ops; good 0.0 space for ratting, PI planets with low PI taxes.
Industry - We have a large BPO/BPC collection for building anything from ammo to capitals and everything in between.
Marketing - We love players that import stuff for us to buy, so we don't have to go off to Jita ourselves.
And we have a solid group of adults running the show. In most places in Eve, even the adults act like children given a little internet anonymity and an audience. Here, we try to be different and for the most part succeed. If you're a mature adult who just happens to like to spend a lot of time playing a video, and want to hang out with other adults, check us out. |
