Come and shoot us.* In the past, mining was often shunned in 0.0. Now it is an integral part of holding SOV; not only for the minerals, which is helpful, but for the SOV Active Defense Multiplier. All that comes to a halt when there's someone to shoot, but when hostiles aren't about your time can now be filled with other aspects of the game like mining, ratting and exploration. We usually have an active fleet up for mutual support with people hanging out on comms. Unlike most of 0.0, Catch is where you can find some action. We're not blue with most of catch, which gives us ample opportunity for fights. Provi, Curse and Delve are also close by. Most of the time it's small gang stuff of similar size fleets so a fight actually takes place; unlike so much of 0.0 where 1 side blobs the other and you just stay docked. It's a family friendly, social environment, the way Eve was meant to be played in my humble opinion. Check us out if you're looking for a similar environment. I've been in BLUEP for over 5 years. It's as stable and well run place as any you'll find in New Eden. * totally not a trap.

PvE - Daily mining ops; good 0.0 space for ratting, PI planets with low PI taxes. Industry - We have a large BPO/BPC collection for building anything from ammo to capitals and everything in between. Marketing - We love players that import stuff for us to buy, so we don't have to go off to Jita ourselves. And we have a solid group of adults running the show. In most places in Eve, even the adults act like children given a little internet anonymity and an audience. Here, we try to be different and for the most part succeed. If you're a mature adult who just happens to like to spend a lot of time playing a video, and want to hang out with other adults, check us out.

It saves us the trouble of flying off to far flung regions looking for a fight. Querious is not as quiet and safe as other areas. And that's a good thing. Quiet, safe areas are boring. Some areas of 0.0 are safer than highsec, and who wants that? For me the fun of 0.0 is having your own space and living or dying by your ability to hold it. It shouldn't be given to the best sycophants, as it is in some areas of the map. It should be earned, fought for, and you should have to work to keep it. It makes the game more fun, in my opinion. One day, someone else who wants our space will take it. Or maybe CCP will make 0.0 undesirable and we'll leave voluntarily. That is just the way of things, but until then we'll have some fun playing this game. If you want to work, carve out a little bit of the map for yourself and have some fun along the way, look us up.

Instead, it was a marvel of collaboration and cooperation. Here is just one example. As a very new member of the alliance/corp I was pleased to find myself escorted out of Querious through heavily red-camped null by more knowledgeable corpmates and blues who were not leaving with us but who were nevertheless gracious in their assistance. When I needed guidance on fitting my first Ares, corp-mates were quick to the draw in giving me direction and supplying a module or twoGÇªthus saving me a dangerous trip to acquire those modules in a less-than-capable ship. They were so fast in offering guidance that I bet THEY could lock down the allegedly unstoppable Ares. After the move, when it was obvious that I'd asked the alliance's Hauler corp to move some garbage (can you say "Veldspar" without laughing at me) I was not met with scorn. "Yes" we want members to make better decisions than some that I have made, but this group is special in their acceptance of a rather inexperienced immigrant to the corp. It can be played solo, but most people will get more out of it teaming up with other like minding individuals working together towards a common goal. This is a well run corp in a well run alliance. We have lots of PvP opportunities. We join large coalition fleets and small corp/alliance roams. We've use black ops hot drops to say high to our neighbors. We fly expensive T3 cruisers and cheap throw away ships. We have good space for mining, ratting, and a VERY extensive blueprint library corp members can build from. We have excellent logistic chain to empire for importing & exporting what you need. Stop by our in-game channel "BlueP Recruitment" and say hello if you are interested in checking us out.

This is a new character but I've played Eve for several years off and on. It sounds like your corp would be a good fit for me as I am a casual player with a sporadic play schedule. I live in California, so Pacific US time zone. Do you have many members in this same timezone? I'd mostly be active in the evenings between 6-9 PM local time. In the past I did mostly industry, mining, PI, and exploring. I was never much good at PVP but this time around I'd like to try to get better at it. Next time I'm in game I'll check out your channel.

The alliance and coalition has FCs running ops around the clock, so there's almost always something to do. Right now we're busy with World War Bee, but there's downtime between fleets for socializing, isk making, etc. This is a good solid corp run by good people.
