Before the new update I could target things at 30-40ks in my Ferox, now I cant do more than 16 (according to the info page on my ship)
Anyone else had this problem? Could it be a bug? Cause its pretty annoying, especially with the Ferox being the speed demon it is...

I fail to see the fun this question causes. Obviously this will be mentioned somewhere, but in the fora untuil now I have only seen, that locktime would double with each stab, nothing about decrease trackingrange...

It happens man, im not going to laugh at you and Im posting with my main. I did the same thing I got on just to rat a little(in 0.0) after it came back up before work. Im thinking wow its taking a long time to target these npcs. Low and behold I still had a stab on there from when this area had hostiles in and out. But yeah I didnt notice the range thing since i was so close but the target time was crazy. AWESOME NERF, im so glad this finally happened

Me and my CEO had a debate about whether people would be truly friggin' stupid enough to not notice the following:
1) Green text in the patch notes about stabs
2) The ****storm caused by their nerf
3) Their targeting range cut in half when they fit a stab in game

it caught me by surprise too. my nub raven alt wears stabs. i undock, takes 20 seconds to lock and i cant lock past 50 with 2 SB. i was like..."eh!?". took me about...i duno, 25 seconds to realise the problem.

I had a Navy Megathron ask me this very same question. A Navy Mega, in a belt, in a lowsec system.
I was stunned, then saddened for about 15 seconds before I rushed back for my Phoon ;)
(It gets better, i.e. "I thought gang members could shoot each other freely in empire!", but the fail-to-notice-stab-nerf thing is the best thing ever)
