First, we are not accepting any new orders. If your name isn't currently on the list sitting in my hands then you will have to get your ships elsewhere or wait until we sort through our build queue.
We appologize for any inconvinenace this may cause you however we currently have a list of about 600 vessels that are being built. No, I am not exaggerating the number at all. In fact I think its slightly more than that.
Myself and Vladimir Tinakin will be going through these posts as well as the ones on our forums as well as the ingame evemail posts and added or removing people from the list as per their individual requests.
No, we will not post a list of people waiting for ship here. HDY guarantees confidentiality.
As for an ETA? The best I can say is "They will be done when they are done". We have all our people out mining and we have our factories in full swing. More than 80 ships have already been delivered in the last few days with more on the way.

ok Skogen, we'll note that down...
I have asked one of my corp mates to go through this entire list and compare it with our internal forum list (Taken fro shop@hdy orders as well as evemails and some off of here) and compare them. He will then make a new master list with everyones orders on it (large and small).
The new master list will be made and sent to our production personnel. The queue will remain intact and you will receive your orders in the order they were placed.
Once your orders are ready you will be contacted via evemail and your item will be placed on Contract for you. You will then have 24 hours to pickup the Contracted item (unless you've made special arrangements ahead of time). If you miss this window your item will move down to the next person requesting one in order to help alleviate the backlog on the queue.

Morgan: If you can find us a supplier of bulk minerals at decent prices we can accomodate you more quickly but after we work through this rather insane build queue we're gonna give the guys some R&R time to do whatever they want for a week or two before setting a new goal.

Everyone else... 10 ships have gone out in the last couple of hours. Please check your evemails for Contract information and links. We've just acquired a large shipment of minerals so expect more ships in the coming hours.

Twighlight: Order cancelled.
Cyrus: We are currently only accepting BYOM orders. All new orders (cash or trade ins) are on hold until after we clean up the existing queue. We have accepted some bulk orders from long standing clients however stand alone units or small orders are on hold until the near future unless they are BYOM.
If you guys want to bump to the top of the queue and have your own minerals, bring 'em and we'll build it for you.
