There are nearly 4 threads in this section about updating the EVE Site Item Database.
There is still no response from the Powers that be?
I'll just have to Bump all of them.
I would suggest that everyone in this thread do the same or start a Forum style pettition and sign it.

ok since reverlations when the update was first planned we've had changes to items so this would have ment doing the same job twice... which is twice as many man hours... which is twice as costly... which also means thereis half the time spent on the game (or somethin like that) surly an item database update would be betterafter the soon to happen nerfs (omni-tanks and nos) and the soon to happen boosts (lets just hope to god it's amarr or minmatar's turn not sure who needs it more other than i'm amarr so i want it more)

Just wasted 10 minutes of my life.
If only CCP could do the same and update the Item Database
Ps. if you look at the structure of the Item Database, it looks like all those pages are more or less static, which makes sense performance-wise. So they're probably using some old perl-script or something to generate the pages.

This is almost done. We've been waiting on Revelations to stabilize. It'd be annoying if we had to render the data out multiple times, because the tools we use to do this aren't the most fun to use. (Takes a rather lot of hours to babysit the entire process, and we're not keen on doing it more than once without grave need.)
Anyway, this is presently in the works. Hopefully be done this week.
Blog written dec. 13th... one week ETA makes dec. 20th.
Today is march 27th. Only 3 month's and a week behind schedule and counting.. not bad...
