Just a thought Wrangler/Jiekon, a lot of people are too lazy to search out how to do a bug report, it would behoove you to include a link in your posts or sig. A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice. |

A little to murky for me to understand, all i know is that with the current state of things, once peoples collection of first level keys runs out, and it will happen soon, this complex will hardly ever be ran as nobody can enter the first gate, it also means people will have to spend all day and night camping the first level just to kill that Shipyard Defender for his key, and that's assuming he spawns atall.
The great thing about the serpentis complex is pvp can happen anywhere in the complex, the usual gate keys are of great abundance, and the main levels (level 1, 2 and 3) do not even require keys to access them, at least, thats how it was before, now level 2 requires a key that is only obtained very rarely from level 1. This is going to kill any chance of pvp inside the complex.

This overseer spawn problem started when they changed it in the summer but was not a big issue because the gate did not need a key I bug reported it then and petitioned it then and its been done now and all the great GMs say is well file a report tell's you the chances they will fix it and how much they pay attention. For all you trollers about farmers with your blah blah blah it is a problem the poster is right so basically your clueless thanks for demonstrating it. To CCP your answers here are basically embarassing considering it has been reported since around August so your also clueless thanks for demonstrating that as well.

a)they said its going to be looked into (did you file another bug report? was it any good or did you just put "zomg j00 n3rfed my gamez"? check the bug reporting guide for help with that. b)moaning about its not gonna help anyone. maybe you could find ANOTHER 10/10 area and use that one. c)if the area is only ment to be ran a few times a week so its always fully stocked with NPCs etc then THAT IS HOW IT WILL BE LEFT! you're not ment to be able to camp the last area.

Why not remove the whole key thing and let the complex spawn twice a day at random times ? Then we get free competition over that complex that doesn't involve key farming/key stealing and using timezone advantages.
It's 0.0 anyway, so no reason to protect people, who enter the plex first.
Ok, might cut down the profit, because farming wouldn't be so easy anymore. But sorry, 0.0 is supposed to support pvp and competiton in the first place and not safety while 'farming' billions. Can't protect your complex group against pvp ? Then don't run it or die. Simple. To repeat: It's 0.0, it isn't supposed to make farming/carebearing easy.

Instead of randomizing key drops (which stops PvP in plexes as soon as you get key) randomize spawn times for last overseer...

Randomize the respawn of all destroyables inside of complexes.
remove keys from the 'good' ones (like the serp 3/10 which is omfgw00t good), and make it require other ways to enter.
Such as hacking.
What ever happened to the idea of hacking a gate, and if you fail, npcs spawn as a responce to you being detected? Make them give 0 bounty and drop nothing if you're worried about people just farming that (make them leave no wrecks also if that's possible).

yes, lets bask in his frustration

they should have randomized ALL the complex's. location and spawn times. just leave clues to locations and times on ship logs on belt rats. eaasy as cheese. no more uber rich farmers.... or atleast make them work for their meals (and no, running the plex itself isn't much work for the reward)
or even better, replace all complex's w/ level 4 missions. from what i hear they are awsome ratio of risk vs reward
