CCP should seriously consider this a possible feature in the future. There shouldnt be ANY reason for NPC pirates to NOT pod you unless you happen to be actually friendly to them for once.

 i may be all newbish and stuff, but dont pods not have a [ ] around them on both the overview and the screen, but rather display a little sketch of a pod?
i dont see that, methinks youre still in that shuttle and trying to pull our legs. also explains three bars of cap.

Lol? WTB Shuttle with less than 200 base cap. >_>
No, seriously. Check the stats on the shuttles. All of em got 200 Base cap. 250 with cap skill to 5. So it has either 4 or 5 bars, not 3.
Also, the dude showing up on the screen appears to be an alliance mate. Not the guy himself.

It did (and it does again) but probably was removed from eve-files.com, because they didn't recognize it as a CCP building anymore :P
PS: These insects are found in-game at infested asteroids for example and this building is from ccpgames.com company :P

All ships have more cap since the last content-update and HP-boosts.

well since i fly alot of pods while traveling (to lazy to buy shuttle) i still got 2 bars instead of 3, and i got pretty high of those cap thingy skills.. so no pod ^^

I dont know about this....would be sweet if the npc's *****ed your egg....but at the same time....I smell fish!

Judging by the screenie, you've only just ejected from the ship (hence the shield damage). I'm going to go with Overview Bug / Lag (or its inability to distinguish you from your ejected ship instantly).
And whats up with the 9 FPS?

Don't pods get base 100 cap? If that's the case then with max skills it should only be 125... even if there's an implants I'm forgetting that boosts it by 8% it'd only top off around 130-something. Not the 150 for three bars.

I had a corp mate who has been pod killed by concord not once but twice.
The first time he won a petition and got his implant back.
I dunno about the second time. I think still waiting.
But it happens so :P and go NPC revenge!
