If he was red-crossed, it was an NPC and should therefore be reported. Lol? WTB Shuttle with less than 200 base cap. >_> No, seriously. Check the stats on the shuttles. All of em got 200 Base cap. 250 with cap skill to 5. So it has either 4 or 5 bars, not 3. Also, the dude showing up on the screen appears to be an alliance mate. Help the horses, make proper use of that shift button.

It did (and it does again) but probably was removed from eve-files.com, because they didn't recognize it as a CCP building anymore :P PS: These insects are found in-game at infested asteroids for example and this building is from ccpgames.com company :P

All ships have more cap since the last content-update and HP-boosts. Even pods.
