I found a bunch of agents on the test server, from what i saw the booster related ones only handed out boosters in exchange for gas (Which you cant actually do due to lack of gas harvesters) and the other ones where just normal cosmos agents with normal missions which gave implants and stuff. ----- [Coreli Corporation Mainframe]

One of them that I could get a mission, wants me to mine a gas cloud nearby in the system. I do not have astrometric lvl 5, so I am screwed to scan it out. Not to mention even if I knew where it is, he did not help me with a skill book or gas harvester, whihc I would need. Racheal

Have the alt sell them or make sure you everything is in order (everything in a non-corp base where you can mine away from the corp) when you tell your corp the great news of you new tools.

The agents on the gates wont get you harvesters or skill books, all they do is trade gas for pre-built boosters. Each cosmos constellation however has one complex that has to be probed down which contains a bunch of agents, though during some light poking around on the test server we couldn't find anything related to gas harvesters or booster reaction bpos so we moved on to seek elsewhere. ----- [Coreli Corporation Mainframe]

Angel 0.0 cosmos is in Feythabolis, Wicked Creek cosmos only has stupid minmatar agents There are gate agents that apparently give you low level gas harvesting missions, and standard (hard) cosmos mission giving agent in a hidden agent site of the constellation. What is a life, devoid of strife ?
