Still trying to realize what to figure out from that previous wise man.
Offer still valid, if you need to get rid of your tower and want this fine ship, let me know. At the time the offer was made Ishtars cost quite a bit more, but since they can obviously be had for less now im willing to up the ante to the ship +100M 
PS. That previous Troll (if I can insult a troll by the comparison) obviously does not know what business is. There might or there might not be a need for an offer like this but one never knows without trying! Maybe there is a great soul out there who has a Caldari tower that he has not used for months and he just finished training for a Gallente HAC. Why not strike two flies in one fell swoop and get a ship, some isk and free up some hangar space!!!

just FYI, ISHTARS were ***Never 350 mil***...... ever.... your proposition is ridiculous and he was trying to be nice.... business cannot be confused with robbery

Wouldnt be be easier to just buy two ishters then? Since tower + 50 mill = 400 mill

I think he meant to write my Ishtar+50mil for a large tower. thats 250mil and 350mil, people might go for that.

Thank you for pointing that out good sir, a grave grammatical mistake. I understand that this must have been confusing for a person not as observant as you, of course i meant my Ishtar +50mill (that i bumped to 100mill later in the thread) so that deal was in fact not so bad, Ishtar +100m = at least 270m 
But alas, the ishtar is sold for the sweet sum of 220millions so consider this offer null and void
