Watch list is currently inaccurate and sometimes (quite often to be frank) shows online/offline status incorrectly. This is something that should have been recently addressed. It's amazes when CCP consider something to be a good idea like it has never crossed their minds but the community consider it to be an obvious necessity... I guess we don't play the game in the same way. It's a good idea regardless, I always try and 'Invite to fleet' using this popup...to no avail:( We should fix this.
