When you speak generally about the CCP staff, it includes her.
Feel free to have an opinion. Shoot, have a negative one. However when you express your opinion with cynicism and negativity, you tend to push people off and they don't wanna help your problem.
Next time, try humor and maybe solutions. Sometimes just posing a question can create discussion. For example, I knew I wasn't the only moron trying to interact with the little pop-up box so I figured I'd pose the question.

Hover = keeps it there, single left click "pins" it till I single left click again.
Double Left Click > Open character info (since you can do most stuff from here anyway).
Right click > Regular menu like you get when you right click someone's name in chat.
EDIT: Oh, the api you guys use in PI interfaces would work wonders down there. They slide so nicely and seem to function very fluidly.

Look mate i apologized twice already, but don't think for a second you can tell me what/how to post on forums.
This is a simple idea that has occurred to many players before and that's all i was trying to say. It belongs in the "Little things" tread and doesn't really need it's own thread or developer discussion. There are more important issues CCP could be commenting on but choose not to.
