The new and 'improved' contract system is broken.
 You cannot sort items in any way. Information is not divided into any type of sortable column.
You can only see one region at a time.
You can only see 25 items. The problem with this, is that if one person in particular has mulitiple items in a region, guess what, you are going to see the majority of available contracts taken up by this one person. Other items get pushed out.
Information displayed takes up way too much space. Before we had tons of information that took up one row of display space. Now we have less information taking up three rows of space.
I really cannot believe CCP actually implemented something this shoddy. I've been playing this game a while and have seen nerfs come and go, seen patch implementations go well and go bad, but CCP promoting this new contract system to the Eve community here as something of an improvement over the old system surprises me.
CCP is the current system only the first iteration of something that will get better? or is this the way you actually see it being used?
There actually used to be a healthy escrow market for items that you CANNOT sell on the regular market. Now because of this new sytem, it is all but gone.
Either fix the current contracts system to actually make it useful, OR enable ALL items in the game to be sold on the regular market.
As it is now, it is broken.

I'm not even really a trader. I just buy faction stuff on the escrow for my ships because many are better than tech 2 and you can't buy them on the market. If you could buy the stuff on the market, I would probably not even use the escrow system.
