After immersing myself in interactive entertainment for three decades, I can't watch holovids anymore. What if the plot goes somewhere I don't want it to? In a hologame I could change that.

Afraid I'm only watching the Scope and Amarr Certified for the news, but now and then Laria picks up some kind of a trashy gallente holoreel and tells me all about the plot.
Which again reminds me why I only watch the channels for the news.

GODS ABOVE DAMN IT. I put in my audio jack, load up Megacyte Symphonic and want to just read the recent news. ISG, a place where the most powerful people in the universe gather to discuss politics? Nope, GoS spoilers. PLEASE TAG THIS THREAD so other unfortunate people who are YET TO SEE IT don't accidentally stumble on it.
Seriously I was looking forwards to marathoning that with a nice mix of Quafe and booze. |

Now in it's second year, in fact. Very popular among the wormhole populace and it's easy to see why with excellent casting by Mr Proculus Diadochu. Can't say I've seen the Empire version.
Confirming that Game of Holes is an entertaining and compelling series. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Anyanka Funk wrote:I just watched a holo called "A Girl and Her Slaver Hound".
It's about a young woman that survives a cataclysmic event that wiped out nearly all the men on her planet. She uses her hound, which she can communicate with, to sniff out men for her to procreate with. Spoiler: In the end, she falls in love with the hound.
Oh, I wanted to watch that one, is it good?
Wait, are you being sarcastic, or did you just RUIN THE END FOR ME? |

I watched a documentary about this lady who makes people into animals using gene technology. It was weird I saw her in the IS chat earlier she has a tail. I don't have time for much holos but I do follow the capsuleer reality shows. |

Haven't watched much Holo recently. I'm still in Murky Conscience 2, trying to beat this fricking giant bastard who wields two swords that goes into Bullet Hell mode once in a while.
He took me out about 20 times already. I had to Jolly Cooperation so many times to get my Humanities back. Just managed to get him down enough to initiate phase 2, upon which he Bullet Hell'ed me to death. I will figure out his deal and then I will kill him NEXT TIME.
Then I can take a short break and go take on this giant suit of floating armour that is on fire.

I've been playing the spiritual successor to that holo-game: Borne of Lifeblood, and love it. Good times! what Conscience level are you in 2? maybe we should do some Jolly Cooperation together! |

I don't watch a lot of entertainment programs, Papa won't let me, and when I'm away from home I'm too busy to be bothered about it anyway, but I made this video of pictures for people. I hope you like them? Some of you may not ever see places like this for whatever reason, so I'd like to share it with you, a recent journey into the relative unknown. The wormhole J200727 is a place of immense beauty and mystery. Dangerous too, but danger often accompanies beauty and mystique, no? My thanks to the creators of the beautiful music I chose as companion to the pictures, I hope you won't mind?
We are explorers first and foremost, drawn by the inspiration to discover and see places beyond the immediately visible, beyond even the scope of a lifetime. Without explorers we would never have left the cradle of our civilisations. We can explore with our minds, but without eyes, or even the other senses, we experience not the tangible and breathtaking, sublime creation of Maker. We can explore with eyes alone, but without the contemplation of the mind we fail to grasp the ineffable nature of our being and remain in a state of chaotic sleep. We must put the whole of ourselves, the whole of our presence, into exploration to learn the secrets of the universe. |

In preparation for the opening of The Nighting Gale I've found myself ensconced in watching Cuisine Synthcast's Superb Meals. Altonious Darktan has a knack for not only enlightening me about cuisine and its culture but exotic ways to improve the experience.
Though I typically refrain from keeping holoseries in my private quarters as it ruins the tranquil surroundings I prefer, I do occasionally enjoy viewing several reels with companions at Elysium or in public quarters.
I find the lifemimic show: People on a Beach marginally interesting. I imagine you could do well with exceptional swimming skills and knowledge of how to make a fire. If it weren't for all the complaining done by the other competitors, I would find it to be an enjoyable experience to compete in myself.
I try to keep up with A Game of Sovs with my corpmates, but I don't mind waiting between production phases like most watchers.

I was referring to the boss who is defending the Ash Throne. The one from the DLC. That guy laughs in the face of stunlock!
I took him out anyway. Now I must kill the poison-spewing dragoon who defends the Sunken Throne.
My CM is about...2.4 million I guess? I wasn't paying attention much. CL is about 140+.

I'm a bigger fan of the original, Infernal Conscience, just for its setting.
Used to love fighting my way into the Vale of Desecration to fight Sir Traeas and his female protector Ralg Landvin. Seriously was the origin of the developers fetish for poisonous swamps..... |

I always hate those bog levels. In that regard, the Gutter in Murky Conscience 2 is a disappointment. Where are the poison arrows and envenomed brutes?
Also, there's Murky Conscience 3 coming early next year, and comments implied that it's very much closer to Infernal Conscience than even Borne of Lifeblood.
