I corrected my problem, on the registry of my main machine was missing the "International" key located at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel" I copy it from my laptop and "voilß" I see the EVE login screen and can log into EVE.
If anyone want this file just ask, it's with the Portuguese settings but I think that they can be changed to whatever region in the control panel.
I can't give any warranties that it will work with everybody... It's working for me and that's it...

Run the Interational settings in Control Panel - should fix it.
Alternativly, here's my International list (For UK).

Ya, tried that one, i looked for anything with the word "international" and none of it helps.

Wow, lol, it worked for me to. For Windows XP, go into Control Panel -> regional and language options. Set standards and formats to English (United Kingdom) and Location to United Kingdom. Got me into the game. Now if I can just solve my other CTD problems =P. Great catch.

Well, importing the International registry key worked for me too. Simply trying to create it via Regional and Language Options failed, as did pretty much everything else.

Im in the UK and I found an easy way to set up the settings if anyone is having trouble... Run>>regedit and find [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\] Right click the control panel folder/key and select new key and call it International. Then go to windows control panel and double click regional and language, then select united kingdom in the 2 drop down boxes, then apply. Windows should then fill out all the needed details in the new key you created in the registry and Eve should start. Obviously different countries should use thier own settings in the drop down boxes. I found that before I added the "international" key in the registry, windows would reset my language settings to USA after I closed the regional settings box in control panel, thus preventing Eve from getting past the Revelations splash screen. Is this a fix for the following problem? I start eve and see the "Revelations" screen, it hangs for a bit then dissapears. The task manager tells me eve isn't running anymore. I really hope it is, I haven't been able to play since the patch.

Sadly, i find myself the oddball that this fix didn't work for, even so i have to thank Kwishin for his help, he emailed me the solution and was very helpful, if you need any isk or anything else in game, kwishin, feel free to evemail me, i'm not horribly rich or anything but i could toss off 100m or so and not miss it too horribly, that is assuming i somehow figure out how to get into game.

Great find.
I have 3 machines running Eve, 2 dont work (They are the new ones, both Core 2 Duo). The first was due to RealTek Audio hardware (Changed hardware acceleration to None to fix) and the second was due to the International Key issue. All machines now work, but it has taken many weeks to resolve.
