yup, I was tractoring in a rare spawn can when the server went down, usually I take this all in stride, but I can't help getting annoyed at the thought of having to wait weeks for a petition to get resolved.

....This is really annoying, just got the skills for tech 2 drones, had all 5 out dealing with some cruiser spawns while i was happily tractoring in my Dark Blood loot from a Dark Blood Cardinal i just killed....woulddn't let me put it in my hold....
