After you've been round for a while, some of us (not all, but I'd wager most) get way too many windows open. It'd be nice if windows would just stack with another layer of tabs, rather than getting that stupid little arrow and hiding some of your tabs. See below:

This way you can have all the tabs open that you want, without it taking up more space, and without it becoming a pain in the bhaals to navigate or organize. |

Would definitely use.
One more useful feature would be to allow players to assign channels an alternate name which would be displayed instead of the full name, but only for the player who assigned it. It would assist players with two inconveniences: joining two(or multiple) channels with similar names, and joining channels with names long enough to span the full width of their screens. |

Don't stop at chat windows, stack all the things. This would help with ship scanning as well although it is considerably more desirable to have them for the chat windows if I had to choose.

:) yeah that's be nice as well. I do wish the d-scan window and probing window took up less space. They can be stacked but atm they're hard to use when you reduce their size past a certain point. |
