As mentioned in this Announcement, Tranquility will undergo an extended downtime on Tuesday, 5 December from 1100 to 1500 GMT. During this time, a patch will be applied to Revelations including a number of fixes and improvements necessary after its initial deployment.
A new version of Patch Notes will be available later this evening. Some updates will be made to the notes over the weekend as more fixes and improvements check through the QA process, these updates will be highlighted in green text. Notification of updates will be made in this post and in the Announcement.
You are encouraged to read the Revelations Patch Notes for the list of changes and improvements already in place.

Please note: The patch notes are not complete. Additions will be made to the notes throughout the weekend as more fixes, changes and improvements are added to the patch.
Vivox integration into the client is not slated for this patch. That should occur later in December.

I'm checking into the concerns about the wreck icons and passing along them on to the Devs. As soon as I have a response, I'll post an update.

We are discussing a system to show whether a wreck contains a lootable item/can be salvaged, does not contain a lootable item/can be salvaged and does not contain a lootable item/cannot be salvaged (the wreck disappears). Unfortunately, we cannot include such a change in tomorrow's patch and ask for the community's patience until we can add such a system in the very near future.

Regarding wrecks and loot/no loot icons, the information that I have been given says the system is more complex than a simple database call on whether the wreck has loot or not and applying the appropriate icon, although it may seem to be that easy on the surface. This is similar to the request to change the color of a BPo and BPc, the code does not lend itself to a change of this sort easily.
The issue has been discussed and something closer to the old loot can/no loot can will be added after tomorrow's patch.

In the text under the Skills heading in the Patch Notes:
The Salvaging skill requirements have been lowered to Mechanic level 3 and Survey level 3.
That was in the Notes published on Friday.
