IÆve been toying around with the new Caldari Battle Cruiser û the DRAKE
Although it does not have the Power Grid of a Ferox, it can fit the following
7 x Heavy Missile Launchers II
High Module to be named later
---
2 x Large Shield Extenders II
1 x Medium Shield Extender II
3 x Shield Resistance Amplifiers of your choice
---
4 x Shield Power Relays
with room for 25 cubic feet of drones
There is enough power grid left to fit a warp disruptor or scrambler instead of one of the Shield Resistance Amplifiers
There is not enough Power Grid for a medium Energy Disruptor (perhaps w/ rigsàit doesnÆt seem likely, however)
The above gives me 14122 Shields w/ a recovery of 88 / sec 
Still playing with the possibilities for Rigs

My setup gives 19294HP, with a recharge rate of 27/sec. I think. But that's before I turn the booster on. It only has two hardeners though.

Resistence amps in PvP are almost universally a bad idea.
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing.

try replacing a SPR or 2 with PDS2's and you should be able to fit the 3rd large extender and boost your overall tank. Also active hardeners give a significant boost so if you can sustain it then its worth switching out amps for these.

I was able to fit 3x large shield extenders with that same setup on sisi(don't have a drake yet on TQ). That setup is mostly for missions though. I personally like to fit BCS's for a bit better dps. Also passive hardeners are generally a bad idea, active hardeners take so little cap.

SPRs are for high shield recovery per second
More shield does not equate to more shield recovery
As for Amplifiers...with my skills...the difference between passive amplifiers and active hardeners is not that much...and this boat will continue to fight when drained of cap
