Stop fighting eachother there in the south, i can even feel the lag in jita :S it interrupts my veldspar mining ops

Correct. Our killboard has had problems recently.
True e.g. doesn't accept kills and losses, where I rokh was involved. Probably true for all new ships, because the board admin hasn't had the time to enter those ships yet. Need to wait, until this gets fixed/updated and post those mails later.

Are you sure all these ships have been replaced ? and within 3 days of losing them too ?
well its my opinion that this is hardly likely because it usually takes a minimum of about 10 days for a reimbursment petition and with it being just after a patch release and there being no node crash - making it more likley to take longer and harder to prove. Either this BS or there is something a stir here.
also i would be interested to know why GM's are discussing other peoples petitions with you.

If CCP really reimbursed the carrier I would like to get all my lost stuff reimbursed please! I even lost my pod once when I was offline (In pure blind, just 2 jumps from torrinos by a well respected pirate corp.. In a moa, back when they used stacking bug with dmg mods).
I'm getting sick of the people whining about ship losses they KNEW they were gonna be having when they CHOOSE to fight under these circumstances.

Within 24 hours aswell it seems. Well if you guys ever scream GM favouritism again I'll show this comment down your throat.

open a 2nd petition (under stuck) and ask for the first one to be looked at.
a GM sorted my reimbursment right after my petition and i thanked him with some very polite sentences.

hmmmmz, i dont wanna pis them orf, I am petitioning a 2.5 bill isk CNR loss to bloody module lag..... (thats counting CNRs as 1 bill, although right now with the tourny going on they are probs more like 3 bill !)
I think I'll just be patient n wait :)

My next attempt will involve ******* me thinks.

From my own experiences of fleet fights post-revelations it seems that the nodes do not crash anything like as often but that the actual lag (especially with modules and warp outs) is as bad, if not worse, than ever.
