Edited by: merc999 on 02/12/2006 16:02:23 Turbulent Subversion [TBSV] announce that they have been contracted against The Star Fraction.
As our client stated " If you want to enter someones house and use the facilities it is polite to knock and ask to enter first".
Star Fraction pilots have been seen to state in local channels that they intend to "Move In" to certain systems. TBSV have been contracted to discourage this move.
The first engagement of this contract has already taken place before the formal 24 hour's war declaration has expired.
TBSV looks forward to meeting the Star Fractions pilots in space, and hopes for many smack free fun engagements

Edited by: merc999 on 02/12/2006 20:19:49 I dont believe we stated any where that our client claims any areas of space,
I believe we made it clear that our client isnt happy with pilots in an alliance claiming they are moving into an already crowded few systems without even attempting to contact the inhabitants.
As to why we are hired rather than them taking care of business themselves, I dont have that information, but I know they are very busy with other issues at the moment.
See you all in space, and remember to have fun MERC999 Public Relations Director TBSV

If they claim the right to have a say in who spends time there, then I don't care whether they consider it a "claim" or not. If someone dares say we aren't allowed to go somewhere without their leave, they deserve to die.
I really hope no-one expects us to be dissuaded by some random merc of indiscernible pedigree wagging a tail about. Tell your "clients" to grow a spine.

not a very good attempt at smack, which we will obviously treat with the disdain it deserves.
See you guys in space,

Edited by: merc999 on 03/12/2006 22:25:54 TBSV announces it has retracted its war against Star Fraction
TBSV took on this contract in good faith, since the war has started we have had difficulty in carrying out any effective operations.
This war had almost no notable engagements between the two sides, Star Fraction made good use of their Capital ships to blockade the TBSV operating base. Subsequently, TBSV restricted most offensive operations to intercepter gangs, and the use of their own capital ship forces in protracted, stalemated engagements.
TBSV feels that given the unexpected numbers of pilots and Capital Ships deployed by Star Fraction in this war further hostilities are pointless between us
TBSV and its pilots would like to commend the Star Fraction Pilots on their teamwork and tactical abilities, and also for the 100% totally smack free engagements.
We wish Star Fraction well in their future endeavours.
We have advised our client of other possible avenues open to them if they wish to persue this further
