Let's see, raven, condor (and crow, raptor), OSPREY(!) also get a prize.
Most ships could be made more look-at-able by giving them new textures, but the above ones are beyond texuturing, they need alot of new polys and some extra something...

domi and rupture are two of the best looking ships in game.
domi with its huge bulk, and rupture - it looks like a sailship, hurray.
i found out that there are more people than me that think that domi, looking as it does, goes beyond ugly and achieves personality. few ships with personality in eve.
moa. raven. that is boring, lifeless ugly.

The Moa looks like someone shoved a Vulture's head and neck sideways into the side of a beaver.
Besides the fact that i think the Raven looks like a cross between a Pinapple and a Porcupine, i don't think it looks too bad.
Caracal looks pretty cool in my opinion.

while a fun ship to fly, the huginn is pretty awkward looking. excpecially w/ the fans flapping in the front and those contrails.
its funny the sublte differences between the rapier and the huginn is all the world of differenc between badarse looking (love that rapier) and just bu77 ugly

I used to fly a Brutix called "Satan's Chin". I considered the ship a combination of the Devil, Jay Leno and H.R.Geiger's Alien. It is the single sexiest ship in the game, IMHO of course. Thorax a close second.
Ugliest...? Not my Domis or my Exequereor (see the movie "Event Horizon" for strange deja vous experience) Raven looks like someone sat on a tarantula... hmmm..
Ugliest ship = Moa. It is the Duckbilled Platypus of Eve. Never before have I said "WFT is that $hit?" upon encountering a ship. I thought it was a wreck...and they hadn't even been INVENTED yet!!

yeah the Moa gets the top vote from me as the ugliest, the dominix ohh boy whaleboat, the tempest is rather unappealing.
best looking ships in my eyes are the Machariel and Megathron, especially the black megathron.

Reaper
Scorpion (the new model looks pretty nice, though)
Moa
Bhallghorn (i mean i love the geddon, but bhall is just a dirty tampon :/)
Apoc
Vigil
Maulus
Imicus (quite possibly the worst ship design in EVE)
Abaddon (actually, i can see it growing on me but atm its just a brick with a beak)

Raven! That thing looks like it was modelled in half a lunchbreak... No detail what so ever... Also it just screams "uninspirated" to me, no matter from what angle.
The fact that every second ship is a Raven doesn't help in that regard either... ;)
Prettiest ships: Thorax, Megathron, some Minmi-Ships too...

Dominix = Basketball shoe
Moa = Sitting fat giraffe
Griffin = Smaller giraffe. Not necessarily sitting.
Osprey = It's so hideous I can't even think of anything else than some giger-ish mutant ninja bird / pony. It's scary.
Raven = Cubical winged platypus / duck with an air control tower sticking out of its back.

Dominix is the ugliest ship I've ever seen. I mean how drunk must one be to decide to make a ship that closely resembles a turd, and then implement it into the game. Its rediculous.

Vexor = looks like an axe's head
Exqueror = lol
Atron = ...
Celestis = crescent moon
Moa = hacked up cane
Osprey = duck getting ready to be f*cked up the @$$
Raven = would be awesome if symetrical, but as it is, especially with the control tower on tis back... bleh!
Rokh = looks like the rail mount on the C7 (M16 for you yanks)
Tempest = Sailing ships into space will not go
Maelstrom = woof?
Stabber = screwdriver o' deff
Rupture = Yarrr!
Thrasher = appropriately named... it looks like a piece of t(h)rash
Apoc = anteaters for teh lose
Maller = WTF?
Inquisitor = see Celestis
Harbinger = triceratops without the horns
All in all, not many good looking ships in Eve: Mega, Abaddon, Ferox, Hurricane, and what else?
