Porak Manotan (Event Agent) in Utopia VI - Moon 22 - Dominations Assembly Plant is requesting the delivery of Lazron Kamon.
Mission Briefing: If you have managed to find Lazron Kamon, then return him to Porak Manotan. Do not bother looking unless you have some idea of his whereabouts, he could be anywhere.
Does anyone have any idea on where I can obtain Dr. Kamon?

Locator agents are entirely useless when you search for cosmos agents that are somewhere in space.
They give you a pointer to the agent's home station.

The cause for this is not yet known, but we do have a possible fix in testing.

LOL! I searched for this guy to see what I had to do with him.. and found this thread.
I found him in an event mission in Mandoo (Kador region)

You need to go to Mandoo, use a scan probe launcher to look for cosmic "signatures" which you will then warp to and find a concord agent (I just used a Fathom Probe while at the sun and found him fast). You need a Security or Concord Status of 3.0 to use him. So if you don't have it get a friend who does to accept the mission. There are 6 or 7 stages, all but the last one are a breeze for a well fitted BS. The last one you better have an uber tanked ship and about 4 people in other battleships to back him up. It helps to have about two of them with remote armor or shield repairers to help the tank out. There is a mother drone, and Lazron Kamon, the first of which is the most dangerous. Lots of small ships but no scramblers in the end so if you align you should be able to make it out if plans go less than well. There is also a special "Surging" gate in one of the previous stages that goes somewhere else but you need plasma physics skillbook to go through it so I don't know what is on the other side. Hope it is worth it.
