Raven has like twice its damage, so why? :)
A Raven is like a rectum, everyone has one and it stinks.
Not to mention:
1) Its a raven
1) its more expensive - drake + fitting + insurance is less than raven + insurance
3) its a raven
4) its so incredibly ugly I feel the need to gouge my eyes out every time I see one
5) its a raven
6) i bloody hate cruise/torp missiles
7) its a raven
8) i hate active shield tanking

10) i don't have caldari bs 1 but I have BC 5

before going to sleep I make a little prayer asking for horrible, horrible things to happen to all raven pilots, irl.
ravens going pop is about the only thing that warms my stone-cold little heart ♥

Key differences being the Drake and Rokh look good - though that's not saying much compared to a ship that makes a phoon look good - and they aren't even remotely as "easy mode" as the raven.
In fact, keeping any kind of active tank going on a rokh after what the guns eat is rather non-trivial, and passive tanks are equally tricky - the damn thing needs cap mods just to fire the guns, that pretty much rules out shield power relays unless you get some heavy riggage and/or use dual 250s.

Depends on your shield skills and setup, and the setup very much depends on AWU level (i have V) and various other fitting skills because PG is so very tight.
I cant run T2 launchers so atm I have:
7 Arba Heavy
3 LSE II, 3 Hardeners
3 SPR, PDU/BCU II
pretty stock setup really.
I cant wait for T2 shield recharge rigs, which will send my recharge from the 100hp/sec zone to the 200hp/sec zone.
