This is basically what happened:
I had an old Apoc in my hangar, collecting dust and the insurance is running out. So I decide to slap a cheap fit on it and go belt hunting.
Things were going rather smoothly I'd already bagged a few kills and a ransom when I see a Raven and a Brutix on scanner. Not just any Raven-Brutix pair, those were evil anti-pirates ... and possibly members of a Satanic cult.
To make a long story short: I lock, scram and start pwning the raven (brutix warps off). After getting it down to 20% armor the raven disappears*. Now I'm left there with my thumbs up my ass and nobody's dead.
This makes me a sad panda...
* He didn't warp off ... it looked like he'd cloaked but he left the local at the same time, so it probably was a log (or a rather fortunate CTD).
Well that's basically what happened. I'm not unfamiliar with loggers but I've never had them disappear like that, usually the ship just warps off or stays there scrambled. So, what was this? Bug? Feature? M4d sk1lls0rz?

Sounds like a lofogski. If they are unaggressed, and log off they will disapear in 2 mins, scrambled or not.

Well it didn't take 2 minutes, that's for sure. He vanished at the same time he left local...

Lies! Everyone knows Amarr ships are completely gimped and useless!

Well it didn't take 2 minutes, that's for sure. He vanished at the same time he left local...
It's not 2 minutes, it's 30 seconds to a minute.
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing.

hes using a log of trick that ccp claims isn't an exploit ,if u log of and log on another char from the same account the ship just disappears even when aggroed :((
