After a standard boring station camp in e02, trying to convert the Imperium heathens with lots of smacktalk, INFOD high command got intel about an Imperium POS (filled with delicious booze!) in u3k being "wtf, there are no shields on this POS?"
A quickly setup gate camp in u3k made sure that our "booze-inspector" team, mainly consisting of Doc Kojak the INFOD director for medical care, found the Imperium Alliance booze in several corporate hangars and ship maintainance arrays.

We were also surprised that Imperium Alliance had a special gift for us, a nice little Naglfar

However, all this Imperium Alliance booze just HAD to attract the attention of Interstellar Alcohol Congolomerate and our scouts reported a very healthy IMP/IAC gang coming from e02 in direction to u3k.
After a very nice fleetbattle IMP/IAC held the gate in u3k and INFOD + associates had to retreat.
Coming back to what Mr. TalanR (imp) said, "The northern part is under complete control if INFOD lets you." 
INFOD + 1 Naglfar and a couple of BS
IMP - 1 POS - a couple of BS - a Naglfar
According to Imperium Alliance INFOD now degraded to EBIL "exploiters" aswell!

Multiple BS were liberated and flown back to our HQ under the heavy influence of booze. The funny part is that during the fight with IMP some of the BS that we lost were taken from the POS . Who's the idiot that forgot to fuel the POS?

- 5 BS
- 2 recons and some interdictors
loads off minerals and fuel not arsed 2 count that :p
the fight was nice but the 30 iac frigs lagged every1 out like ****s :p

Duno but they need to get the sack.
I jumped in too late most of the gang had died but somehow I still managed to warp away from a 50man gate camp. The lag was bad but at least we didn't crash so props to CCP, good fight from my old IAC friends.

Most of the time, missed the bigest part of the battle, bad for meh.
Btw Tassi you forgot to tell the ppl there was reported a massive BPO/BPC pach into the loot of the POS.

When i warped to the pos, i wondered why my eve client does not display the shield :P
At the start of fight my client froze and was not able to join system cause of queue until it was way to late

As fleet command at the time has to be said well done to the IAC frig support group, very good job on topping our snipers, wed killed so much we decided to stay and stick it. It seems IMPERIUM's allies grow smaller by the minute, as yet again TNT are no where to be seen. I await the IMP reply and the excuses that will flow, nether the less we came out billions of ISK ontop of our enemy, and fought for a laugh at the end, and it was a good fight!

Well while you are reveling in this small victory, all of what you accomplished will be replaced, by CCP.

well we have screenshots of the guns also offline.. so there is no bug that i know of that replicates that of a person forgetting to fuel the pos or offlining stuff by accident?
Any posts that i make do not represent the thoughts of my corp and therefore dont take too much notice :P |

i heard they didnt recieve any low fuel warnings until the pos shield had dropped and it was allready under attack.
even if they did forget to fuel the pos which i doubt they should have been getting warnings for along time before you guys attacked
i think one of there guys had checked on the pos just 1 hour before you guys attacked to.

Uhm, next time you guys shout 'Who can fly a Naglfar ? in alliance channel', I react faster, but I was a bit distracted by watching the alliance tournament on EVE-TV and I didn't get it that you had found one.
