Since RR Patch passive rattlers have a tought time breaking the RR Tank of some spawns. From what I have heared, the performance of a passive Rattle in C4 solo dropped a lot when RR was fixed for the NPCs.
With me is not good cherry eating, but you can steal horses with me.

I understood he asked because of RR of the sleepers, which was patched (last year?)? Because many videos and fittings belonging to the time before RR on NPCs was patched and therefore are not reliable anymore probably.
And solo means solo in that case. Otherwise he would have pointed out to be able to fly with a wingman ...

Because often those people don't tell you about links or wormhole effects ;)
I doubt you can do nowadays C4 in a T2 Tengu with acceptable performance.

So the Rattlesnake Pilot could fit for much more gank. In every other C4 Wormhole you need more tank, when you would need more gank to break the initial remote rep. That's the problem. Yes Rattlesnakes will still finish C4s, but unless you are in a Pulsar, it will be much slower / harder than we could see in that video. ;)

Advantage of C4s over C3s is their second static!
Everything is fine as it is currently (as fine as we can expect it to be from CCP at least).
