You could fit sensor boosters to compensate, but that would weaken your tank. Tho, this is all theory crafting. I'd be more than happy prove(read: test) this ingame, but I can't be arsed to do 20 jumps in 0.0 just to prove you wrong. Tier 1 battlecruisers are still nice, but the new Battlecruisers are called Tier II for a reason. Or the part where your FoFs would be too busy going after the targets drones. Or a nearby can, cloud, station, asteroid, shiny piece of spacedust, etc. they go for closes aggressor even your drones in a 1 v 1 is good :) but ill show you first hand if you dare .. but i doubt you would.
