what i find strange is that if i was able to code some sort of cheat that interfeared in the game in such a way that i could warp out of a dictor bubble everybody would be in uproar about it.... cheat they would cry and no doubt i would be banned as an evil hax0r and yet if i just log off its perfectly acceptable (to the gm/devs)
2 different meathods of attaining exactly the same thing, can anybody explain the difference to me ?

even if the ship dies in a bubble the pod will still get out i honestly beleive that ccp have decided that losing implants would be just too much for their poor customers to cope with
as things stand there is no reason ever to get podded if you are comfortable using the tactics required

maybe you could hang a can on the other side of the gate aswell saying "PVP here!!! Please drop a can if you agree to be killed by us"

so what? some people like solo games, god modes and win buttons. why should they obey YOUR rules?.
they arnt anybodys rules, they are the rules of the game CCP have set a very bad precedent by allowing this to continue as long as it has

Originally by: Mnengli Noiliffe ANY sentient creature, if it does have any potential for survival in this world, is ALWAYS trying to minimize risks and expenses using ANY means available (legal ones, as illegal means can lead to failure).
your quite close to shooting your own argument down there the only reason that this hasnt been made "illigal" is that gms just dont want the hassle they would be dealing with log out petitions 110% of their time so they took the easy rout and said "oh its not an exploit" this has lead to the situation we have now but i feel sure that you can understand that its cheating to deliberately log out, using a broken game mechanic to save yourself alot of isk? if you want to argue the point that its not cheating to log out then please go for it

i was going to write a long post about why your wrong but then i thought i could sum it up with...
"waaa waaa waaaa when i cant have the game on the terms i choose i will cheat to keep my ship/pod and if anybody diagrees with me they are lame"
you were right when you said its ccp thats to blame tho - they have allowed this logging business to go on far too long

Quote: b) It seems really simple, maybe YOU should play a single player game. You fell you have the right to dictate how other people are allowed to play, and honestly that is none of your buisness and you trying to dictate how others can play will ruin the experience for them. I think A nice long night of railroad tycoon would be enjoyable for you, you can play by yourself and not have to worry about other people not playing the way you decided is correct.
this is a weak and wrong argument we all play by the rules of the game fair or not it is the people that evade the rules by logging off that are inflicting their own set of rules on people who are just playing the game and in doing so are ruining the game experience for the honest players a post was made earlier about griefers being griefed but camping a gate with a bubble is not greifing its just the way the game is and tbh if somebody logs to cheat their way out of a bubble i have set up,even if they only get the pod out, then they are greifing me and possibly harrasing me aswell and sinse i payed my monthly sub i cant help but feel in some small way that im being stolen from
