the offer i made for the corp to live in null and make isk still stood, and tbh was our best bet. now we lost 75% of our member base, moved 1 jump away from our hq, and then within a week of realizing that did nothing to benefit the corp we decided to join FW without any warning or poll taken, not even a discussion with the CO-ceo. last i looked i was just as much a ceo of the corp as flash was, (atleast thats what he told me) and last i looked at the poll thread from a week or so ago, the majority of the corp was wanting to go in nullsec to make isk during wardecs.
i have made 3 corps with flash, all 3 grown to over 200-300 members. and all 3 closed because of flash.

i can see that flash is on his own agenda, without listening to members or his officers in the corp including me. he has made all the wrong decisions in dealing with the wardecs, they will never go away. Because of his decisions, our active EU TZ is now at 15ish members strong online instead of 40 members. we have lost 150 pilots from corp, and 75% of our active member base.
i understand that not everyone wants to go to nullsec, but it was the best choice for the corporation at the time. And since flash refused, we lost the majority of the corp. Now he wants to FW and force everyone to endure wardecs and pvp instead since we cannot run missions. (sounds alot like the nullsec life that flash claims is out there). Even telling us to "purchase alts and use alts to make isk". I'm sorry but i have never been in a nullsec alliance where they told us that we have to get alts.
The nullsec offer allowed us as a corp in TROCX to live in null, mine, rat, explore, and even pvp in our own fleets. The alliance we would be living with would offer us their logistic services allowing deliveries in null within a day! that's better logistics then we currently have in highsec due to wardecs camping us.
unfortunately i was given the wrong impression when i first made the corp with flash. and was lied to.
so in return, i am offering anyone in the corp a spot in Nerdherd. They are based in nullsec, very relaxed and easy going corp part of a time tested alliance. no corp thefts, no lies, no one kicking the members out.

with this, no we do not entosis link a single thing. and the full api is the same as when you first have to join the corp. it's required wherever you go. including TROCX/EMA
