fill the lows with sheild relays.
No idea if that will work , but i was just contemplating a passive like sheild tank, i dont know really lol
Don't forget to replace those neutrons for 8x Tachion Beams and the cap booster for a shield extender.
That thing has plenty of cap.

Mega is a GREAT Blaster Boat, But I reckon that the Hyperion is the Rail boat of the fleet. So:
Dominix: Drone Boat and NOS
Megathron: Blaster boat
Hyperion: Railgun boat
Seems to flesh out the fleet nicely, that and the Hypes Tanking bonus means it can take that bit more damage while the Megathron gets into range? :)

Someone keeps telling me that is the other way around, Mega for rails, Hype for blasters, well i guess it comes around to personall choices but when i look at the hype i see a blaster boat 8x blasters + Mwd and with rigs to amplify or armor repair and this ship is a killer.
As for the mega i was thinking somewhere around the lines of damage amplifying with rigs, still dunno as these ships present with so many options, and i'm not a big fan of NOS, for that i go for a Domi.
