They are doing everything they can. They aren't some omnipotent being that can fix every problem instantly. Developining/maintaining an MMO is a extremely complicated process, and no company is perfect. It's not like they are sitting around getting drunk and taking baths in money. Move away from heavily populated areas and enjoy the lovely scenery Or your alternative is to hit google and punch in "WOW" and you can complain their about ques etc and extended downtimes + they make you pay for MODS.
