Two things:
1) Lag or bug? - Doesnt matter. Lag is a bug too. Simply because lag, same as a bug, isnt supposed to be there in the game's mechanics. If you dont get control of your ship after jumping because the jump-in is filled with alot of things, then it is not supposed to be that way. Unless they roleplay it and blame it on some "magnetic field abnormalities" or something.
Thus, if Tank CEO gets his ship replaced by CCP for being stricken by a bug, then EVERYONE who has ever lost their ship due to lag should get their ships replaced by CCP as well. Or not?
2) From what one hears, Tank CEO must be the most bug-ridden individual in the universe of EVE. However, at the same time, he's one of the most (in)famous pirates in EVE. How does this work? If i know that i generally have problems in delicate situations how can i be such a successful and feared PVP player? I have read about his bugs lots of times, the undocking-bug and the module-not-activating-bug.
To this i dont really expect an answer, just wanted to point it out.

Interesting; you state that the "bug" caused your screen not to load for 2-3 minutes.
How, exactly, is that distinguishable from the "lag" that causes people's screens not to load for 2-3 minutes at JIP camps?

What i was saying is that lag has indeed to be classified as a bug. You are not supposed to wait 2 minutes while your ship gets blown to shreds. It is not intentional, thus it must be a bug. And the abusing of bugs is called "exploiting". There we have it: JIP camping is the exploiting of a bug, lag.
And if you demand your ship replaced due to a bug, then others who died due to lag have the same right.
My personal opinion: You, Tank, should get your ship replaced, just as everyone else should get their ships replaced. Losing assets due to bugs is the most annoying thing there is. All we can hope for is that some day CCP will have finished the new scene-loading-code, so that bugs like these wont happen again and all fights fought will be legit and honorful.

I stay in the game for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. It showed no sign of the loading process was about to finish because the loading bar was just scrolling fast and not slowing down which is a sign of the undocking bug. So shut ur god damn sorry ass mouth.

It was actually dead boring, dunno how people manage to sit on the jump-in point and do this all day. I'll rather take the active hunts over it any day of week.
BTW, for what's worth: by the time Miso posted that little blurb no one knew Tank had suffered from the undocking bug. (i got the convo from him after she already logged) And as far as i know and could see, she posted it because people in the gang were really happy they finally managed to intercept Tank after he's been warping around and insta-logging for days. So yeah, i guess they were quite excited about it... wouldn't you?

I've noticed that whenever Tank has died all he *****es about is either lag, him crashing or something not loading. Oh I forgot he's a pirate isnt he, they always have an excuse for getting podded, i'm surprised that he even undocked, unusual for a pirate to actually be in open space going in the opposite direction from the station

No they didnt replace the ship. They said it was slightly different from the situation before. Dunno what that is but the logs dont show enough proof like it did before to replace my ship. All in all, I did have a undock bug, guess i shoulda stayed loged in for more then 2 minutes.

last time i saw tank in a 1 vs 1 he ran like a puppy, yelling something about needing to refit before he wanted to fight me.
so lets change this to 'tank will own any one of us in a 1 vs 1 IF and only IF he happened to have the perfect counter equipped for the ship he's up against'.
