Thats odd, because with the new Warp to 0 you can pretty much be within 3000m of somebody very quickly=quick easy jam and kill if your opponent isn't as strong as you (which happens alot because pirates don't go after tough targets obviously)

Not much of a sacrifice unless your a shield tanker. If your an armor tanker you have plenty of Midslots for stuff anyway.
You mean lke your MWD/AB, Cap injector and web?

If you could use WCS +2, you could get 8/16 points on any ship and be uncatchable, WCS are supposed to help you travel, if you fall on a heavy gate camp, you are supposed to die.
And with the already existing log off tactic, bubble is not an option to stop people from warping.
