I was podded the other day in 0.4 and have not been given kill rites to retaliate.
Has this been happening to anyone else.
I did not fire first.
And yes I woke up in my clone.

If you fire back, you don't get killrights, but i'm not sure if that still applies after you lose the ship and get podded.

I didn't think that was the case before.
I got killed in 0.0 once and even though I fired back I got kill rites on the guy.
But i could be wrong.

You don't get kill rights in 0.0.

You don't get kill rights in 0.0.
Sorry while I was living in a 0.0 system got killed near there. I do remember targeting him and hitting the blasters, but he could have had me dead before they fired. And the guy showed up in my kill rites section. So yes was probably not the 0.0 system I was living in. Thanks for the correction.

If you fire back you don't get kill rights even if you get podded. Kill rights are determined by whether you have an aggression timer running against YOU when they pod kill you. If you use any offensive mod against them you start the fifteen minute aggression timer for yourself. As long as that timer is running you won't get kill rights when they kill you.

Ah so when ganked it's best to just curl up and die. And then kill them later if you can find them. Sounds like a plan.

yup pretty much we need to make kill rights tradeable to make it so bounty hunters can go hunt pirates. On behalf of haulers might make gate campers think a bit more

This last time was Hev or O* the .4 just on the other side of juffett. (sp)
