What are the best cruisers for pvp post revelations? Which are the worst?

there are no 'best' and 'worst' for pvp.. guns? missiles? drones? gank? tank? you gotta know what you want

Id say best is Ishtar worst is probably scimitar.
This is just of course off the top of my head.
Just realized I didnt even consider t1's, worst is probably the Osprey. I mean caldari? Now seriously, the only thing that speaks for it is the mining bonus.
Just noticed Im just talking about the standard versions of them.
Worst ship is probably the Gold or Silver Magnate. Youll attract thousands of pvpers desiring a magnate killmail.

there are alot of good pvp cruisers, but there are most definately some absolutlely terrible ones too..
osprey would be my pick for the worst, though a scythe is probably just as bad.

Ospreys are seriously scary, how much Trit is in that hull of yours ?? mine sucks 510 ore units/minute 
Caracals and Thorax's along with Vexors see alot of action in homogenous gangs, we're putting together a Stabber wolfpack at the moment to test them out, I pretty much ignore Amarr stuff, but I believe the Maller is one of the better choises.
If you decide to be a bit tactical, more than just the top ships come into play, the Osprey and the Scythe are excellent repper ships, Blackbird was great with ECM, but since ECM blows now, it's got alot of midslots, makes a great heavy tackler or verstaile EW platform.
But yeah, if you're looking at getting into a cheap, effective, easy ship for PvP jump in a Caracal or a Thorax.

before kali, I'd have to say caracal was up there with an ecm gank setup...t2 heavy missiles, ecm scram and web in the med, bcu2 small rep 2 pwned....
I'd say best: rax, ruppy, caracal
worst: for non-gang situations definetly osprey....

Personal favourite would have to be the Vexor, having a third of my SP in drones I make good use of it, worst that is used in PvP would have to be the Moa IMO, it can tank OK, but firepower is laughable, and it really is...

I quite like the maller.
5 focussed pulse II's and a nos
ab, web, scram
med rep T2, 2 x tracking enhancers, 2 eanm II's and a 800 plate
Gives resists not much worse than my zealot and an extra 800hp in armor. Need victims to be not too alert though as it isnt the quickest ship to get into web/scram/nos range.

Then you sir dont know how to fit a bellicose :) It isnt uber but it certainly isnt the worst.
Also to the OP, you need to refine your question. PvP in EvE falls in many categorys.
From my half broken sixth sence I will interpret your question as 'What is the best solo PVP cruiser post revelations' in which I will gladly answer with more than one answer (if there was a 'best' it would not be balanced, as t1 cruisers dont exactly have strict roles).

worst:scyth,uhhh the gellente one with a weird name,osprey and augorereor...something like that.
