Risk is that no-one buys the stuff you make. There are some less popular BPOs out there, and some poor "unlucky" (in serious inverted commas there) got those.
For every Cerebus BPO there's a Hail S or summat (forget which ammo is really crappy!)

Did you take the broker fee into account?
Minimum market fee is 100Isk.
T2 rockets might be worse.

As I run the STUFF sales corporation and sell pretty much every T2 ammo type (as we sell for T2AHL), I've sadly had far too much experience with horrible-selling ammo BPOs.
I'd say that rockets actually make more profit than Quake S, but with the exception of Thorn are not very popular and sell a few thousand a day at most
