Is there any way to make a personal contract(just beeing able to give stuff away) like one could do whit escrow?? any blog to read how to make one? cant figure it out ingame and cant find it on eve-online either?!?

yes offcourse....
use a 'private' one... and enter the name of the person.
You can use all types except Auction I believe (sounds logical).
Tricky part however is finding the private contracts that are assigned to you:
DO NOT USE 'MY CONTRACTS' to find these, use 'Available Contracts' set to Range: ME (where you normally would choose 'Station, Constellation, Region, ...', you have the options 'Me, My corporation, My alliance' too.)
this will visualize your private contracts.

Use an 'Item Exchange' contact.

The field is "View" not "Range". But yes, this is really counter-intuitive since there's a whole section for "My Contracts - Issued to me" which apparently is only if you give yourself a contract?

Can be 'View' too, not sure, I'm at the office right now and can't check. Anyway, I believe you 
Well, 'My Contracts' is not just about the contracts that you started but also the ones that you took. So the 'IssuedTo' list gives you an overview of all the contracts that you are working on (Outstanding, In progress and Finished) but are started by someone else.
Plus, you can do other things with that too but I'm not gonna elaborate on that  . Most will figure it out sooner or later.
