There's a very famous Amarrian who was often praised for being humble and modest. He was Zaragram II, and we all know how that story ended.
I find the humble and modest to be the worst sorts of self glorifying idiots at core. And they always insist that we join with them in their chorus of judgements against those who have their feet planted firmly on the ground. Those who seek truth in spirit alone are damned to misery forever. |
