It would be nice if such ships come to eve.
A carriership could use as a transporter for ships, or as a docking platform for playerships up to cruiser.
The ship should only possible to transport ships and ammo, not ore or minerals.
Maybe without a cargoroom, only docking slots.
Upgradable.
Ships only can start if carrier come to a complete stop.
If ship is nearly destroyed maybe a function for emergency start.
What do you think about it ?

The idea of a Carrier is usually based around the ability to deploy fighters into a combat situation. Eve currently does not have fighters but does have drones. If manned fighters were introduced, this idea becomes a possibility. Until then, any carrier would still be limited by the ten drone maximum.
To be able to carry capital ships, even mini-capitals like the frigates a major change would be needed to the volume a ship takes up or create truely massive carriers of Titan or larger size. As it is, only 2 unassembled shuttles can be crammed into an Iterion 5 with 5 27.44 cargo expanders.

How about a ship that is battleship size with little power to use large guns but theres a muiltplier on the max drones you can use say 4 x then the max drones will be 40. The ship like carriers in real life will have to have support ships from Battleships and Curisers for PvP combat :D

Give Shuttles one High Med and Low Slot and let them have either missle or turrets. Though, you would still need to redo the mass, as it takes 5000 to cary one shuttle. :)

Nope it ain't. Shuttles are about the size of fuighters. But yeah, they would have to be made smaller. Actually, the 5000 m3 isn't too large, at least for a warp and/or jump capable ship... it's only about 17 meters in every direction (17*17*17=4913).
Of course, you could argue that fighters do not need to be able to jump or warp (and they could be made much smaller since the engines do not need to be so big), but then, if you carrier is destroyed, all the fighters are prety much stuck, with no option to escape...
You could calculate how big a ship would need to be in order to be able to hold a certain amount of fighters (I'll stick to the size of shuttles). For comparison, I'll use the Iteron (as I'm gallente, and I can find all the info on this ship  )
Iteron: external size: 300*106*72=2.289.600 m3
All you get for internal cargo space is 2000 m3 though. 
Just calculating this makes me realise there's something really, really wrong with the game dynamics. 
Anyway... The Iteron V looks about twice as long, and has twice the cargo capacity. Stands to reason this more or less goes on in a linear fashion. So, to hold 10 shuttles (without cargo expansion etc.) You'd need a ship 5 times as long as the Iteron... You could of course make it a bit wider and stuff. Possible size of a 10 fighter carrier: 600*200*100. This is twice as long, twice as wide, and 1.5 as high as the Iteron.This is still about 30% smaller in every direction than a Megathron though...

How about a titan sized Raven lookalike.just a giant wing sized ship, with attachment points for smaller ships, so they can be deployed when needed.

Here's an idea.
Allow a carrier to hold 5-10 frigates of your choice, You buy the frigates separate from the carrier purchase.
You could then equip the frigates and deploy in the same way as drones.
The frigates would act as drones with behavior settings such as defend, attack, guard.
