Let me pose some questions to the courtroom. How can you convict a man of a crime without evidence? Do we live in a time where anyone can just come to our beloved C&P and shout nonsense accusations at people? Also, who the heck is 'Feawen'?
As far as I can see from the empty claims posted by the OP, the OP was generous enough to give officer mods to the accused, on the basis that the accused would sell him a dreadnought in return for cheap. As is the case with many business transactions, the deal fell through. My client can not be held responsible for the OP's laziness in not using a third party, (a service I offer, might I add).
I propose that the officer mods should remain in the possession of INCINATE, as a lesson to Feawen to use a third party in future transactions. I also propose that Feawen should go back to Reddit, as the hogwash that she posted here just doesn't meet the standards that we require.
The court will decide the final verdict, My client and I will support any decision made. |

Had the accused been contacted about this case? Also I feel it was a mistake for faewen to bring this to the court of C&P. Reedit would have provided a more favorable resolution.

Obviously you never had a brother (or had one who was defective (*nice)).
In reading this recount of the agreement between you and the accused, I think you have no case.
He serviced the contract in exactly the manner agreed upon, however you are defaming his character on the forums.
