Or you had a WCS fitted, but given that you self stated that you dont use them that cant be the case either. I know take off your WCS and see what happens to your scan res. There is no patch notes abut nerfing the scan res on the raven because it didnt happen.

I'll say again what I said a bit higher : the Raven was not nerfed, so you must have a problem ... and since apparently you're the only one that have that problem without stabs fitted, petitionning could be a good idea. EDIT : resized screenshot, so my comments about it's size are not longer valid ...

Well I guess you are right, it is an individual bug that you have the only raven in game that had a scan res nerf. However I did notice that you blacked out the overview, and you are surrounded by lots of friends that could easily be dampening you. Coincidence? BTW: pics are too easily edited to be considered incontrovertible proof
