If you're doing Angel anomalies in nullsec you don't even need a prop mod; just sit there and tank specifically for Angel damage. That means shields all the way. It's at least a 500 dps tank with low skills, swap the Gyrostab out for a Damage Control if you need more; the guns aren't doing that much damage to begin with at low skills, but maxed out Tech II 1400's with 2 Gyrostabs starts to add up.
