CCP The Phoenix needs a Rapid Cruise Missile Launcher ASAP.

Bhaalgorn vs Machariel (or any other capless dps battleship) Dominix vs Vindicator? Vindicator can just use any regular pvp fit due to OP web strenght, but then frigs can actualy outrange its web

I only trained the Phoenix because I was looking for a PVE Dread and I already had missiles trained. But if I was looking for a PVP Dread it would've definitely been the Moros and I would've fitted it like this monster.
