Blah, and once again the seemingly inverse relationship between RP and probability of getting a T2 bpo shows itself. has ANYbody won a T2 bpo with a "decent" amount of RP? (400k-1m+)?

Maybe someone with 5 accounts would have that many RPs.
Hell I only have 2 accounts with 13 agents between them and I have 1.1m or so.

Actually, if I remember correctly, the way the lottery works is in multiple stages.
1. Random chance there will be a breakthough on a BPO (checked daily)
2. Random pick of the R&D agent that will release the BPO (checked when step 1 releases a new BPO)
3. Random pick of winner based on RP lottery for THAT agents players
If true, this explains why so many T2 bpos are given to lower-level agents. Wish they would just rig it so that lvl 4s have a better chance of winning that second part...

... But seriously it means that you can do a research mission to double your RP for the day. Which is pretty much just shoveling money down a hole.
