More to the point, since the Gas Cloud Harvesting Skill book is equally as mysterious, have you worked out how to find that as well?
If so, will you chuck in that information? Or will people just have a module they can't use for 1-15b isk? |

Can you prove that? Have you seen it happen?
As far as I'm aware, nobody has actually gone on the record saying they got one that way.
Regarding WHERE it was, that doesn't matter. Because the exploration missions move around the map over time.
You just have to be lucky and/or patient. |

Gas Cloud Harvesters :
They drop in 0.0 profession sites. So you will scan out a place and it will have some hackable containers. Thats where I got mine.
Also worth noting some of these profession sites have asteroids which you have to mine untill they are empty to spawn the container with the reward (Which could be the harvesting module or somthing else like a T2 Rig BPC)
Both sites required hacking to get into. I found them in Fade.
