I find to my dismay that my space pilots license is still active, even though I retired from active flight some time ago.
Having discovered that I still held the said pilots license, I checked my bank account and found to my horror nearly 95million isk. As its a current account it has been earning no interest, which I think you will agree is a travesty in these modern banking times  .
The religious training is going very well, and I am nearly at 'Grand Inquisitor' level, and my specialist subject is keeping the prisoner alive while extracting their lower prostrate gland  .
Im happy to report that as an advanced student and as a Grand Master in potentiate, I have no need for the 95million isk and wish to dispose of this money in a charitable fashion. To whit, I propose to diperse this money in the following fashion.
1) To whomever can demonstrate in the clearest and precise fashion their deperate need for 25million in this forum, describing in detail their tales of woe and misfortune. The closing date for this is 5 days hence.
2) A treasure hunt for a grand prize of 50 million isk. Details will be forthcoming as soon as number 1 closes and a winner is announced. The treasure hunt WILL take the potential victor through dangerous space and test their spirit and bravery to the fullest I can dream of. Any suggestions for the best way to manage this hunt will be gratefully recieved, with the most helpful advisor recieveng 10million for their trouble.

i need the isk so i can buy even more slaves to clean up after the last lot died in an unfortunate ship cleaning accident which involved one of the minmatars switching on the drive engine's when the whole cleaning detail where inside scrubbing the exhausts system

The evil of the Amarr Empire cannot be disputed. The continued acts of depravity sickens all free people.
As representative of a new corporation, I know we need money to build up our strength and impact on the EVE community.
Yet it sickens me that an Amarr, that no less is clearly one of uncloaked evil, offers such a prize.
Amarr wealth is built by Minmatar hands. Your Empire would be dust if not for my people. Truly, if you have such wealth, we must have been industrious indeed.
The prize belongs to the Minmatar! - Surrender it to the rightful owners. And make amends where the past have only shown cruelty.

also If you gave me the 50 mil isk i could buy some EV suits for the slaves who clean the outside of the ship, as the caldari station manager sometimes likes to play pranks and turn the hanger into a vacum to see who lasts longest apparentlky he makes good isk running a book on it......no scrap that slaves are cheaper than EV suits i'll just buy more slaves when they implode/explode...and spend the change in the pleasure stations at pator

Well this may sound a bit silly, but our corporation, membercount me, would require some financial assistance in our endeavours. You see, some three days ago we discovered a new way to mix Quafe with basic Soil to create a deadly virus. We actually didn't know it was a virus until the minmatar slaves in the research facility began dropping like flies. Now we got a Bestower filled with dead minmatar. Well, that's no problem. The problem is that when all the minmatar slaves left this world because of an "accident in the loading docks", we have no crew to finish the job and finalise this Qoil for the Amarr Empire. this is a great weapon of war and would surely help the Empire, but only if the formula for it is finished.
Any help is appreciated.
P.S. Also we need some 30 tons of spiritss for "cleaning purposes".

Here's a little update to the subject.
Evidently the Qoil(quafe-soil viral agent) is only deadly towards the minmatar.
The Qoil is quite tasty as a hot sauce to the Amarr since it is harmfree.
Caldari and Gallente engineers are not willing to test the Qoil.(perhaps some persuation is needed)
One of our research laboratories in Otitoh prime exploded as someone made a nutriumbomb out of a barrel of soil. The explosive properties of soil now need more research.

A Caldari Corporation would never beg for money, but if you want to support a noble cause, sends your funds to the Ishukone corporation, which is buying back at high cost the Sukuuvestaa products being sulked by the Federation.
You are aware that with this refunding the Federation can import again food from their usual suppliers, the Amarr farms.
And i'm sure you would appreciate to see the Federation depending again on slave laboring produceed food.

Qoil update:
Ahem. Well, anyone here wanting to visit the Otitoh Prime Holiday Center upcoming christmas?
We would like to inform you that you might want to change your vacation plans. There was a slight "hicup" in the landing system of the Bestower moving the infected minmatar bodies and the Bestower, how to put it, kinda "exploded" in the atmosphere, sending roughly a 16 ton rain of minmatar bodies all across the main continent.
The cleanup is under way but with the limited funding spreaded across Qoil research, the nutriumbomb investication/research and this cleanup effort it might take a lot more then a month to clean the main continent.
Especially the minmatar are adviced not to travel there as we really don't know how the viral agentmoves in space/air.
Sorry for the inconvinience.

Hello. My current project is the construction of a Raven battleship (my first) with which to fight the Pirate Alliance. This project is extremely underfunded and the rate of mineral acquisition is endangering the mission. Every pilot is needed to combat this nest of piracy, and every isk counts. I desperately need money for which I can buy an Apocalypse, which shall be used to serve the Empire wisely in pursuit of pirates, terrorists and heretics. By buying an Amarrian ship, I validate and give greater favor to the Amarrian economy. The ship will help use with the acquisition, protection and transport of goods for the Empire including weapons, crystals, slaves, and valuable minerals like megacyte and zydrine. In a routine flight through the Cloud Ring, my scorpion's control system suffered a catastrophic failure in the control interface. No doubt something to do with the nerve interface of my pod.
Of course, as dictated by an ancient earth sage named Murphy, this was followed by the jump gate I was heading through being camped by pirates.
Nothing responded to my commands, and as I saw torpedoes heading my way, without even a chance to load my defender missiles - I suddenly lost conciousness...
...only to wake up in my favorite cloning station. One scorpion down, and the implants in my head.
Today, with the help of my corp members, I am back on a scorpion - but I owe down payments on it, and I still need to replace my implants.
CONCORD doesn't insure its reporters in the line of duty. I am woefully under budget, and wouldn't mind a little donation to pay my insurance costs...

I would like to make a 50 million isk request.
I would like 25 million isk to share among PIE's loyal Amarrian pilots as an end of year bonus in recognition of their struggle against both Minmatar terrorists and pirates in Amarr space.
The other 25 million isk would be for me. I am not sure if you are aware but I am an expectant father and my wench is making excessive financial demands on me. If I had this 25 million isk it would make my life so much simpler...allowing me to fully dedicate my time to battling evil foreign forces!

In the meantime though, although I am aware that vats can be built from old Quafe tins, the one I have in mind are spectacular. They are going to be adorned with artwork immortalising the work of various heroes of the Empire, including your good self.
This will inspire those who will be operating the vats, and strike fear into those who are entering them.

It is quite interesting to find someone who is so willing to donate to noble causes. I am no begger, nor am I completely destitute, but I believe that my cause may be worthy of attention.
As you may be aware the never ending cause of defending the Empire is a constant battle, the tireless hours of routing out thieves, heretics and traitors can be a severely draining and drawn out task. Not only does such a task take endless hours, but due to the costs of munitions, vessels and equipment the costs can be truly astronomical.
The greateast weapon that any man can posess is none other than information. The ability to delve deep into the recesses of the enemies secrets, creates an unfathomable oppertunity to carry out ones duties in the name of the Emperor. Many a man has been swayed by the promise of profit, and so a donation would help to open up new avenues in persuasion. Loyal men must be trained, housed and equipped, putting further strain on an already overburned budget. I am not a selfish nor greedy man, but I believe that the cause that I strive to promote, would benefit much from such generosity.

Why not make the treasure hunt into a scavenger hunt/race. Like make a list of items you have to obtain (through whatever means necessary). They could be minerals, trade goods, mods, whatever. Then the first to turn all this stuff into you or a qualified representative will be given clues and/or riddles that tells him/her of the location of the next clue. You go there and then there is a secure container w/ the name set as the next clue/riddle for the next location and so forth. Then the last clue/riddle has the password for the secure container w/ the isk inside. It would really test the determination and creative juices of those individuals who would really want that 50mil isk.
