I think it is possible Lu'cesha is a pathetic biomass alt yes Lianhaun, so she might only be indy equipped.
But that being the case she should not have vouched me choice of ships and modules in the challenge terms should she?

I wrote later "If Jade accepts the duel we can change the rules to any ship and any module if she wants." That was written so she would at least answer the post and give indications to wether she would be willing to fight or not, she is.
I did not write that the rule would be changed, only that they could be changed, there is a diffirence in those two words.

MEanwhile I found another contradiction, all in your first post might I add:
2. There can only be us two in the system.
and
we can have someone near us to record the fight if you choose so.
This means that either there can be more then 2 people in that system, or not.
Just like either you fight in an indy, or Jade can alter the ship requirement.
Its an A or B situation
not A and B situation.

Lu'cesha you set the challenge so it could barely be accepted, the system you choose the time you choose the day you choose, then stipulate the weapons.
How about get a grip on history the person laying down the challenge has to accept the weapons of choice of the other party.
That was the way it was done in the days of honour.
You say 3/4 were designed to give an edge to your opponent as clearly she is a trader.
Later you say the ships and mods could be changed if the challenge is accepted.
Well not only has the challenge been accepted, but also the other person has decided to THROW AWAY the advantage you gave her with the indy ship and small weapons by choosing to fight in Battleships.
Something it would seem she is well within her rights to do given you said the ships and mods could be changed, unless you were planning on changing ships and mods as you warped into the system you named on the day you named at the time you named with something a little bit more than an Indy and then claiming it was within the rules you stated.
Wriggle like a worm on a hook if you like or face the challenge that has been lain down before you.

I must admit to being very disappointed by all this. When I woke up today I saw this "challenge" and while sipping my coffee thought, "damn that, I don't care if I get beaten and podded, I'm not going to get flamed on 3 boards and challenged by some muppet with a stupid thing stuck on their head."
So I bought a Scorpion, doubtle-checked my clone, and mounted some 250 railguns and missiles to give it a could old best of british try.
Then what? Turns out "Lu'cesha" has no guts at all and merely expected no answer to her stupid challenge.
Then I go the next step and attempt to contact her in-game and what do I find?
You guessed it, "Lu'cesha" *is* a member of a newbie corp and thus fulfills the category of traditional alt numptydom (ie ... involvement in a flame war with political opinions behind a shield of anonimity).
Pathetic, sad, moronic, clueless asshat.
I am so bloody p-issed off with alts, and the spineless tosspiece-w-ankers that hide behind them to snipe at people who actually play their characters and nail their opinions to a common recognisable identity.

Given the choice, I'd rather fight Jade in a battleship than Jade in an industrial.
