1. I choose the system, time and day.
2. There can only be us two in the system.
3. We fight in industrial ships.
4. We can only use small weapons.
5. We start at 20km range
6. Type of ship used must be declared they day before the fight.
7. Fighting ends when only one pilot is still in space.
Rules 3 and 4 where designed since you are a trader and clearly can not fly anything else or use bigger weapons.
I hope you accept this offer and we will have our duel, we can have someone near us to record the fight if you choose so.
This is not trolling and should not be taken as such.
I will fight and kill Jade if she accepts.

i dont like rule 1 and rule 6
sure its easy if you know the opponents ship in advance, since indies have lots of medslots you'll just target jam and kill him slowly.
That why i call for removal of rule 6 to see how you cope with not knowing what type of radar to jam:p

SO it is ok for Jade to puplicly declare a duel, and she isnt even fighting her self, but if I make my challange to Jade puplic I am strange ?
This is no joke, if Jade has the nerves to fight me I will kill her, plain and simple.
The reason for the industrial ship and small weapons is so she cant say she hasdoesnt have the skills for other ships.

OK -- I am joking cause there are more ways to notify her for a duel other than here. I would of assumed a more professional way would of been to use the internal mailing system provided to us from the developers as this may create a more "Roleplay" feel other than a bragging contest over who has the biggest dong stong to their foreheads.
Some people here may think that this is a great announcement and come along and watch whereas others may just make fun of it since this is an open general forum. But maybe an internal EVE-mail to them saying something like "Hi how you doing, want to come over to here later for a duel?"

I did indeed try to talk to Jade ingame but I got an automatic answering service saying that evemails and ingame conversations were just not important enough for her, as she spends all her time reading and writing on the forums.
This is what I got from the answering service Jade has.

1. Jade isn't a fighter.
2. Jade has willing slaves dying to throw themselves on the spears of others wishing to challenge her.
3. The challenge made by tankuk to tank ceo was between two fighters wanting to decide on who really is the TANK of the game.
4. Jade is not a fighter (oh wait Jade has said that 3,947,809,362,553 times already).

She now needs others to reply for her
We all know that she is not a fighter, that is why we can fight in industrial ships with small weapons.
If she gets bored while I kill her indy with my indy she can always eject, warp to a station and have a tea, beer or a bong, by the time he ship were about to blow up she can warp back, board ship and let me kill the egg.
It all comes down to will, is she willing to fight or not ?

No, it is quite easy to kill an indy with the wrong set up with an indy with the right set up.
A small weapon eating away a shield hardner and shield boosters and low end power slots might not be so amusing.

But Jade my dear, saying we can chane the rules is not the same as we will change the rules.
Now we have it known that you are willing to fight, so you fight by the rules made by me, you do not change the rules.
You can however decline this challange to a duel and challange me again under your rules.

You stated clearly that if I accept I could choose the ship and module rules.
