It's called item database and a calculator. look at how much they drain then calculate the overall by the bonus. not difficult, stop being lazy.

The amount of cap you can drain depends on the target. Cap injectors, batteries and skills among other factors come into play here.
Are you sure, cuz in my curse i have well over +120% range on my nos with only L3 recon.
Over 30km with some best named nuet, considering that the base is 12km + 100% = 24 + the other 20 makes it more like 25/26 not 30km, unless it was indeed +40% on what it is, tho im unsure.
he's talking about drain amount mate not range. it gets a 20% amount bonus so with recon 5 that's 100% but 40% to range so 120% extra with recon 3.
to the op ok mate i get ur point now. haven't used mine since the cap boost in kali but i remember as a general rule if i fought an ishtar or rook,falcon ect and he missed his first cycle of ecm on me then his cap would be 0 before he got a chance for a second cycle. so generally about 3 cycles (18 seconds) and hacs/recons were drained with 4 medium nos 1 medium neut setup. hope that helps a little

If so that would make level 5 give more of a bonus than Level 1, not only for this skill but for all, but i dunno

actually for bring down cap ships 3 curse's or more are awesome. against carriers u have cap injected mwd nano'd curses with nos/neuts and watch them not be able to hit you. then a couple of dmg dealers come in when cap is dead and cap ship bye bye.
also to the op. 3 TD II's from a curse serious messes up a medium turret. if ur not webbed they will have serious trouble hitting anything and even if u are webbed they will struggle a little.
